MEET The Honest Hygienist
Jacqueline Glaser, RDH
Hi, I’m Jacqueline — founder of The Honest Hygienist Consulting. Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, I’ve been passionate about dentistry since 2008 when I first stepped into the field as a dental assistant. I later pursued dental hygiene at college in Gainesville (Go Gators!), and quickly discovered that honesty, trust, and education are the keys to not only building strong patient relationships — but also growing a thriving practice.
I’m proudly married to my amazing husband Keith, and we share life with our two fur babies, Gunner and Millie Bobbie.
My clinical journey was unexpectedly redirected after a serious car accident and spine surgery. Although stepping away from direct patient care was emotional and challenging, I knew I still had a fire in me to make a difference. That fire led to the birth of The Honest Hygienist Consulting — a business built on helping dental hygienists and practices grow through honest communication, strategic systems, and empowered care.
Now, I am able to help teams nationwide strengthen their hygiene departments, boost production, and improve patient outcomes — all while keeping integrity at the core.
