MEET The Honest Hygienist
Jacqueline Glaser, RDH
Hi, I’m Jacqueline — founder of The Honest Hygienist Consulting. Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, I’ve been passionate about dentistry since 2008 when I first stepped into the field as a dental assistant. I later pursued dental hygiene school in Gainesville (Go Gators!), and quickly discovered that honesty earns trust. Education is essential not only for building strong patient relationships but also for growing a thriving practice. I am a consistent member of the ADHA and have officially accepted the position of Secretary for the West Coast Dental Hygiene Association for the 2025/2026 term.
I’m proudly married to my amazing husband Keith, and we share life with our two fur babies, Gunner and Millie Bobbie. We love to travel and spend time with our families. With both of us being from the Tampa Bay area, we are very fortunate to have family close by.
My clinical journey was unexpectedly redirected after a serious car accident and spine surgery. Although stepping away from direct patient care was emotional and challenging, I knew I still had a genuine passion to make a difference. That fire led to the birth of The Honest Hygienist Consulting — a business built on helping dental hygienists and practices grow through honest communication, strategic systems, and empowered care.
Now, I am able to help teams nationwide strengthen their hygiene departments, boost production, and improve patient outcomes - all while keeping integrity at the core.
